The Great Mouse Saga Continues

If you've been hanging around for a while you know that a couple of weeks ago my mouse went mysteriously missing. He was there when I went to bed and when I woke up the next morning, he was gone!

I wrote him a lovely letter, which, if you missed it you can go here to read it. I was heartbroken.

But then my sister put up a post letting me know that mousey hadn't just vanished, but had been kidnapped! The horror! She found a note in her room that he had addressed to me and she shared it over on her blog. If you missed that one you can go here to read the touching epistle.

I was devastated of course, but realized I would just have to adjust. So a little while later I adopted a cute little mouse. You can find Kaylee's picture here.

I was getting along just fine, learning the quirks and foibles of my new friend, when I found this on my floor on Monday.

It looked so odd, but then I recognized it and my heart started to pound. I looked around and sure enough, poor little mousey had been returned to me.

I brought him back to the computer to meet Kaylee who was very sad that the ceiling mice had tried to rip him apart.

We fixed him up and he's mending nicely!
Poor little mousey.

I have a mouse with a neat little tether, it kinda plugs into the back of my PC and stops the mouse running amuck when Im not home.
I hope yours is on the mend soon enough.

Bwahahaha! That's hilarious. I almost fell off the couch...

My mouse has a tail conveniently attaching it to the computer, so I don't have that problem. :)
